Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days ($4.95 or FREE on orders over $50)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days ($9.95)
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days ($14.95)

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7-14 business days ($12.95)
  • Express International: 3-5 business days ($24.95)

Note: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
  • You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or directly through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Issues
